WASHINGTON - The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) will hold its next meeting on Monday, July 18, at 9:00 a.m. (Eastern Time), at agency headquarters in the Clarence M. Mitchell, Jr. Conference Room (9th floor), 1801 L Street, N.W. In accordance with the Sunshine Act, the meeting is open for public observation of the Commission's deliberations. Following the announcement of Notation Votes, the meeting will include presentations by EEOC headquarters office directors and staff on the following items (EEOC procedures require it to vote on the authorization of funding for contracts above a certain threshold):Subscription Renewal for The Bureau of National Affairs (BNA), print and electronic newsletter services. Novell, Software Licensing Maintenance Agreement. Competitive 8(a) Contract for Headquarters Support Services (including functions such as mail management, labor services, facility services, and the copy/duplication center). Contract for Processing the annual 2005 EEO-4 Survey on Job Patterns for Minorities and Women in State and Local Government.
