California Attorney Faces Alleged Sexual Harassment Charges

The Southern California attorney Myles L. Berman, well known as the "Top Gun DUI Defense Attorney" has been charged with sexual harassment by a former employee, Georgianna E. Junco-Kelman.
Kelman was employed in Berman's law firm from 1999-2005.
She states that throughout her employment, her and her female work associates endured years of sexual harassment, pregnancy discrimination, and retailiation from Berman. The lawsuit is stating that Berman indulged in a constant barrage of inappropriate comments relating to all of the female employees' breasts, legs, underwear, and clothing. He also inappropriately touched and made propositions for sex.
