Sexual Harassment Prevention Attorney Sued for Sexual Harassment

July 14, 2009

A Tennessee attorney, who specializes in sexual harassment prevention, is now facing a lawsuit of his own. A local server claims that the man fondled and belittled her at the Big River Grille and Brewing Works in Chattanooga.

The 20-year-old plaintiff is asking for $500,000 for physical, mental, and emotional damages. According to the report, the man was drunk. He pushed the server against the wall, told her that she was “beautiful,” grabbed her hair and proceeded to rub her genital area.

Managers and employees at the restaurant testified that the attorney was always trouble during prior visits. They said that many staff members would ask him to control his belligerent behavior, but he would remind them that he was a lawyer and that their “station in life” was far beneath his.
