Supervisor Discrimination In The Workplace

Discrimination in the workplace is most commonly done by a supervisor towards an employee of a lower level within the company. This most commonly goes this way because supervisors are in control and discrimination is the unfair treatment of an individual on the basis of race, skin color, national origin, creed, religion, age, lack of religion, sex, and sexual orientation. Supervisor discrimination in the workplace is therefore the discrimination of a subordinate by a supervisor. These cases are not put up with by the governing body of equal rights for the workplace called EEOC (Equal Employment Opportunity Commission). The EEOC takes these cases and makes sure they get resolved. Therefore, anyone guilty of supervisor discrimination in the workplace will be facing some serious penalties.
