Sexual Harassment Employer

In some cases of sexual harassment, employer or employers may be held accountable for co-workers harassing other co-workers. For instance, if the victim complains to a supervisor, but nothing is done and the victim is repeatedly harassed, the responsibility may fall on the shoulders of the company. However, if the accused is automatically fired from the job, he or she may have the right to sue the employer as well. This creates a difficult spot for an employer, and education and awareness of sexual harassment promoted within the company may help to reduce these incidences.
