Sexual Harassment Claims

Sexual harassment claims are often filed by individuals who have been the direct recipient of sexual harassment, or those who have witnessed sexual harassment and are offended. In order for victims to win sexual harassment claims, they must prove that the plaintiff engaged in offensive harassment which any normal person would have been offended by - and also that the harasser created an offensive or abusive workplace or school environment. Individuals can report the harassment to the EEOC, or they can decide to bring a personal lawsuit against the individual or individuals who have harassed them at work. In the case of the latter, having at least a consultation with a sexual harassment attorney is important. This can help individuals determine whether or not their case is valid and whether it has a great chance of winning in a court of law or not.
