Sexual Harassment Cases

Sexual harassment cases happen when an individual has been harassed, either through physical molestation, verbal abuse or inuendos, quid pro quo harassment or other harassment of a sexual nature. Sexual harassment cases may win, but the victim and his or her attorney must prove that the defendant behaved in a hostile, abusive or offensive way - and that the victim was affected enough to suffer in the work environment.
