Office sexual harassment is considered behavior which takes place at work, whether by an employer or co-worker. This behavior affects individuals, making them feel abused, offended or humiliated. Harassment may include unwanted physical attention or verbal attention. Quid pro quo is sexual harassment where one individual requests sexual favors in exchange for work-related benefits. This is typically something a person in a position of authority, such as a supervisor, does.
