Non Sexual Harassment

Non sexual harassment is defined as harassment that involves no sexual behavior or undertones. This type of harassment, however, is still very painful. An example of nonsexual harassment is when a boss continuously screams at his employee in public, pointing out faults, true or conjured. The employee is still part of an abusive work environment, although sexual harassment is not present. Individuals who have been victims of non sexual harassment still have the right to seek justice and can do so by starting with an attorney. An attorney can help explain what is not acceptable behavior and whether or not the case is strong enough to take to court. He or she can also advise one on what steps should be taken next.
