Hr Sexual Harassment

If you are a member of a company Department of Human Resources -HR sexual harassment is something of which you need to become aware. In the HR, sexual harassment cases may surface bringing with them the accompanying possibility of a lawsuit. To avoid this it is up to the HR Department to pursue the creation and implementation of a sexual harassment policy. Consult the local managers and company heads and, whenever necessary, pursue it further up the business or corporate ladder. Once there is an intent to formulate a sexual harassment policy, pursue it to its completion. This is the only way to ensure the company and its employees have a modicum of protection. Once a policy becomes company practice, ensure all employees read and understand it and the serious implications of transgressing it. This will help ensure HR, sexual harassment and lawsuits are not synonymous.
