Current sexual harassment cases continue to make headlines. Some recent cases involve the rehearing which was granted in the Reeves v. C.H. Robinson and against Reeves claim of a hostile work environment due to her not being harassed in accordance to her sex and whether the claim for a hostile work environment should be treated as disparate impact or treatment.
